Single Supplier site for a supplier with one address serving multiple business units.

Summary:

We have a supplier with one address serving to 3 different business units falling under the same Ledger & LE. Is there a way to add all 3 business units under one site (instead of creating 3 sites) with each of them representing a Procurement and Payables Billing functionality in their individual capacity Or Do we need to create 3 different sites, each for one business unit ?
