Approval Workflow setup in CX

in Digital Customer Service

Hi everyone,

I have configured the approval workflow in CX, but it is not triggering. Also, the approval status is not updating on its own, so I currently have to change it manually from the drop-down list.

Has anyone faced this issue before or know what could be missing in the setup?
