HCM Rates flow is processing Terminated employees

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Summary:

The HCM Rates process we run expect to process all active Employees rates, but off late we see that its processing the terminated employees(terminated in Sep25 and beyond) as well and erroring for the ones who do not have rates for that period.

processing for terminated employees taking the flow to run for nearly 10 hrs and have quite a lot errrors as the terminated employees don't have valid rates(part of the check) for current period.

firstly, we do not expect it to consider terminated employees(Not Final closed but terminated)

Can someone pls clarify,

  1. Does HCM rates process consider Terminated employees ?
