Retro triggering from previous employment

Hello Team,

we have a rehire employee in Jun 2026, the retro is getting errored out and when we look those are the events from his previous employment which are getting processed now bcoz of rehire.

We cannot defer it as I am afraid all the future retros will be a part of it as well. But cannot process it as it is trying to look at previous employment.

How do we solve this issue?
