Manage Payables Document Capture Unavailable

Summary:

According to the documentation I need to create a custom role that had "Manage Payables Document Capture" privilege and "View Payables Document Capture" privilege to use the payables agent function. However, when I search for those in Security Console they do not appear. I do see "Manage Supplier Invoice Stream" and "View Supplier Documents in Stream".

Does anyone else have that issue?
