Dynamic Skills from Job Profile not inherited when creating Job Requisition

Hi team,
I'm working on an Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation and running into what seems to be a gap between Job Profile configuration and the Job Requisition creation flow. Looking for anyone who has experience with this specific scenario.

Setup
We have Job Profiles configured in Core HR with Dynamic Skills assigned (Required flag, Importance, Minimum Skill Level — all properly set). The Job Profile is associated to a Job.

What we're doing
When creating a New Job Requisition, we select:

• Requisition Type: Standard
• Create Requisition Using: Job (we also tested with Position)
• Job: [the job linked to the configured Job Profile]
