Not able to join 3 subject areas

Summary:

We would like to build OTBI report but will require to use 3 Subject Areas:

Workforce Management- Person Real Time

Workforce Learning -Learning Records Real Time

Workforce Management- Worker Assignment Real Time
Regardless of the report's starting order, the third area returns no data afteradded into the measure.
