Refresh Workforce Compensation Data for Terms and Eligibility Changes
Summary:
We are working to implement monthly workforce compensation plans for incentive payouts. We are trying to determine if there is a way, to run the refresh process to satisfy all of our requirements. We intend to open and run the Start Compensation Process within the first 5 business days, then we will be refreshing weekly, for the Plan Cycle Dates, to catch any back dated changes.
Our HR Data Extraction date will be the 1st of the month of the Plan Cycle with a Plan Cycle Start and End date for the calendar month:
We also have "Track ineligible workers" and "hide ineligible workers" - this is because we have 18,000+ employees but our incentive plans only have 20-100 people in them.
