How to make dashboard dynamic by clicking on chart to filter other data on dashboard?

I built a dashboard but I want to be able to click on a chart and the surrounding graphs filter to that same option. In the Oracle documentation there seems to be an option to add a form and "Tag as Master" but I don't see that option available.
