Redwood issue: Items not showing correct UOM in sales order and failing at invoicing
Redwood Issue with UOM
Items Are showing incorrect UOM in sales order from and while invoicing giving error as
Error 1:The supplied unit of measure and the primary unit of measure of your system item must share the same unit of measure class. (Day)
Error 2: IN sales order all service ( bill only items ) shows UOM as Days only.
We have defined 3 UOM classes ( Count, KM , Time)
and defined the conversion rules properly still facing this issue
Auto invoice report error message
