How to share the document through the approval process
Business Requirement
The business requirement is to enable users to share employee-related documents as part of the approval workflow.
For example, when a user initiates a Change Assignment transaction for an employee, the system should provide an option to initiate a discussion related to that transaction. As part of the discussion, users should be able to attach supporting documents and share them with the approvers throughout the approval process.
Is it possible to implement this requirement in the system?
