Lockbox Exceptions

Hi All

The Lockbox receipts are being created through the OIC integration and successfully loaded into Oracle Fusion. However, the receipts are currently ending up in Lockbox Exception status with the following error message:

"The batch name provided in the batch header and batch trailer records does not match the batch name on the receipt."

This issue started after the old receipt method was end-dated and a new receipt method was created.

Could you please investigate and advise on the root cause and resolution?
