In ORC we want to Post job requisition globally in multiple countries

Summary:

Our organisation currently operates globally. In ORC when we create a requisition we provide 1 "Primary location" and manually include all the rest of the locations in "Other locations" field which is a manual time consuming activity.

Is there any way we can post requisitions globally other than following the current practice ? As I understand the location field is populated from the Geography Hierarchy. Anything which can be done in the Geography Hierarchy

Note we not using any job boards currently.
