Sending Payment files with SSH Key only

SSH key provided by bank is not working properly. When we test the connectivity, system says "The test attempt couldn't be completed. ."

Our client's legacy system is EBS. They're now transitioning to Fusion. When we are setting up the Transmission Configuration, are just using the .ssh key they have previously (we uploaded them via File Import & Export via fin/payments/import account).

When we test the connectivity, system says "The test attempt couldn't be completed. ."
