ORC: Which table contains Source information

Summary:

We have a requirement to add Source field by creating a new section in candidate extra information(Person extra Information EFF) on Candidate Profile page so that recruitment team can keep track of source of hire. This will require a field with LOV that displays the source names.

Can anyone please let me know how can get the source names.
