Country-specific fields under Diversity Block in job application flow

We recently noticed that the Diversity block in the Oracle Recruiting job application flow displays different fields depending on the candidate's country. For example, for the United Kingdom, additional fields such as Sexual Orientation, NINO, Caring Responsibilities, etc., are available.

Based on the Oracle documentation below, we understand that these are Oracle-delivered legislative fields that vary by country:

• Is there any Oracle documentation that lists all countries for which additional legislative fields are delivered?
• Does anyone know when these country-specific fields were introduced? Is there any way to view what fields were available in previously?
