Cannot pull up the subscribed Fusion business events from the connector

ERROR: Provide lastHours OR startdate and enddate; lastHours must be greater than zero and dates in MM-dd-yyyy hh24:mm:ss (all numeric values) format. Time duration must not be more than 1 year

In OIC, navigate to Observability / Fusion Applications. Hover over a connector that is subscribed to one or more business events, click on "view event list"

Instead of getting the events, I get this error message. The date filter is set to "Last 1 Day" be default, so why is it complaining?
