Summary: Redwood: Schedule Ship Date not getting populated.

We have identified an inconsistency between the Redwood and Classic Sales Order user interfaces.

Issue Details:

  • Sales Order (Redwood): 1237
    • Customer: A
    • Item: 12345
    • Issue: The SSD field is not being populated.
  • Sales Order (Classic): 1238
    • Customer: A
    • Item: 12345
    • Result: The SSD field is populated correctly.

Since the same customer and item combination populates the SSD correctly in the Classic UI but not in the Redwood UI, this appears to be a Redwood-specific issue. Any one facing the same issue? Any suggestions?
