Access to Supplier Report without Supplier Admin/Manager role?

Summary:

We created a simple supplier report for users so they can see the active suppliers (+ address, basic details). The users are not able to run/view the report as they do not have the supplier manager/supplier admin role. Is there a privledge we can grant them to be able to run the report without having all of the additional access a supplier manager/admin would have? We do not want them to have access to the rest of the supplier profile (taxpayer ID, attachments, etc). Has anyone been able to accomplish this?
