Previous day's activities get stuck in En Route status
Summary:
Sometimes the users suspend an activity, to be scheduled for a future date, while completing the last valid activity — they are automatically put into En Route for the suspended activity. Is there a way to recover and reschedule these activities? Is there an option to stop automatic En Route for the last suspended activity? We do highlight suspended activities by printing a warning on the Techs main route screen, but it does not show up in the completion screen. So as the screen shows - we have about 1-2 per site where users accidentally go en route and
