Splash Tip Missing on Job Requisition Details

Works fine from the Guide Preview


It's a splash tip - no conditions. It's a report in an iframe. I've tried targeting the h1 and h2 (I think h2 might be in the iframe - not sure). The url is still the homepage but includes all this stuff after the FuseWelcome?_ (not sure that matters, but wth, right?)
