Can the Receipt Attachment field modified/Customised

Summary: Can the Receipt Attachmnet field or on the expense Page can we have different wordings based on the expense type selected, for Example the Per Diem type when selected should reflect a Different set of wording like "Meal Receipt /Itinerary at the Receipt attachment field .
