Payable Agent - Do we need to make any changes if we are migrating from exiting IDR setup

Summary:

Our client is already using IDR functionality and we are in Cohert C . As we understand that in Payable agent, IDR will be replaced by Document IO search engine, so it is default one and no setup is needed. Only if we need to see and work with Payment Agent we need to enable all the security and role and permissions otherwise if we don`t need to see the Payment Agent Icon we can ignore this functionality .

Is the understanding is correct that Users will need the appropriate AI Agent roles, privileges, and security access only if they need to access and use the Payables Agent functionality/work area. If the organization does not plan to use the Payables Agent UI, those security roles can typically be deferred and users will not see or use the agent features . Please confirm
