credit analyst functionality
1.Currently, customer [XYZ] is assigned to credit analyst [PQRS], who is responsible for resolving their credit case folders. We are looking to understand the process for when roles change. Specifically, if [LMNP] takes over the role from [PQRS], how can we simply forward both the pending credit case folders and any incoming new folders from [PQRS] to [LMNP]?
2.Since the credit analysts are changing, we would like to maintain the customer master without assigning a specific credit analyst.
If we proceed this way, could you please clarify who would be responsible for releasing any credit case folders that are created?
