Plan Display sequence feature in 26B
Summary:
we have two issues by enabling this feature.
- First it does not allow the employee to choose the program from the LOV in the ESS Benefits Landing page. it is non editable for employees.
2. we also wanted to know if it is only alphabets that will be sequentially ordered? for example we have the below names formats in our benefits program.
401(K) Savings Plan - Sequence#10
401(k) Termination Program - Sequence#9
US Non Union program - Sequence#1
US Union Program - Sequenc#2
when we login as employee the Program and also the ordering is not working.
how do we resolve this? please advise. Thank you.
