How to modify Resignation Date warning message?

Hi Experts
Can we modify Warning Message on Resignation Date?
If not, can we disable that if we want to show different?

As we don't have control to make this field Read Only and if Employee changing Resignation Date before notice period end.

The ask is if Resignation Date is less than Notification Date + Notice Period then to show message as below:
Please note your required notice period is {NOTICE_PERIOD_NUM} {NOTICE_PERIOD_UOM}. Failure to serve it in full will result in a Notice Period in Lieu deduction from your F&F.
