Feedback Requested: Usage of Grade Step Value in Download Salaries Redwood Page

Summary:

We have introduced several additional fields in the Redwood Download Salaries page to help customers filter salary data more effectively. These fields are also displayed in the results table and included in the downloaded Excel worksheet.

However, the increased number of fields is contributing to performance issues in some cases. One field that has a notable impact is Step Value.

To improve performance, we are considering withdrawing Step Value from the Download Salaries Redwood page, table, and Excel worksheet. Before we proceed, we would like to hear from customers who currently rely on this field.
