Make business rule prompt dynamic for Subsidiary

I have the below business rule in PBCS that moves costs from 2 departments, based on a location %, to another 2 departments. We have one subsidiary that has 2 locations, and therefore has a separate FIX statement.

I would like to make this dynamic with an IF statement so that the user can select the subsidiary, and if it is Co42I, then run that portion of the rule, otherwise, run the first half. Is that possible?
