hi there, we use the Short Description field to trigger alerts. This is the "Learning Item Short Description" - ${liShortDescription} in the alert.

E.g. ${liShortDescription} = 'CBT' use one template, if ${liShortDescription} = 'ABC' use another template.

how to do that with the new setup? we are about to move on 17th July …
