Enterprise user unable to view downloaded search results on 'download Files' Page in SCC

Summary:

Newly created Enterprise users not able to view downloaded file status and file details on 'download files' page. Same working fine in classic UI for same user with same roles. Is there any role specific in redwood UI which blocking this feature in redwood ? Please help.
