Auto-Complete Rule to Default Sign-On Bonus from Requisition to Offer

Summary: Hello Oracle HCM Community,
I am looking for guidance on configuring an Auto-Complete Rule in Oracle Recruiting.
Business Requirement:

A Sign-On Bonus value is entered and stored on the Job Requisition.
When a recruiter creates an Offer for a candidate, the value from the requisition should automatically populate the corresponding Sign-On Bonus field on the Offer page.
Ideally, the recruiter should not have to manually enter or copy the value.

Questions:

Is it possible to use an Auto-Complete Rule to retrieve the Sign-On Bonus value from the requisition and populate the Offer field automatically?
Which business object and event should be used for this configuration?
