ILT Learning Assignment alert not getting triggered to all employees

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have custom alert developed for ILT assignment that will trigger to the learner when the ILT is assigned. We have scheduled the frequency to run every one hour and added the filter to identify the assignment created date as “${assignmentCreatedDate} > sysdate - interval '60' minute”. It was working as expected till last week ie., all the employees received this notification, from this week onwards few employees are not getting notification within 1hour after they enrolled in ILT.
