Talent Profile Redwood - Limitation in search for future worker

Hello expert,

We're testing Redwood for skills and qualifications and have noticed a regression compared to the Classic version (accessible via Person Management)

With the Talent Profile action in Redwood, we cannot search for future workers—those hired with future effective dates. Meanwhile through Person management (Classic) we can set a future date and search for a future worker and navigate to his/her Talent Profile.

Why has this functionality been removed? It seems a regression-
