Restrict Employee Access to Historical Leave Balance Details

Hello Team,

I would like to know whether employee access to historical leave balance details can be restricted.

Currently, employees can view leave balance information for multiple previous years. The requirement is to limit visibility to only the current year or current year and the most recent previous year, and hide older historical balances.

Could you please confirm:

  1. Whether this is supported through standard Oracle Fusion Absence Management configuration.
  2. Whether this can be achieved using Redwood VBS customization.
  3. If supported, please provide the recommended approach or relevant documentation.
