Specifically, we would like to know:

Is there a standard Oracle OPTE document that lists all federal, state, county, city, and local tax jurisdictions?
Does Oracle provide a consolidated reference for jurisdiction tax rates?
If available, where can this document be accessed (Customer Connect, My Oracle Support, Oracle Documentation, etc.)?
Are tax rates maintained by Oracle within OPTE and available through any standard report or extract?
