While loading Coversion Data does it call the HSA Rate periodization FF

our go live is 7/27. we have rate periodization FF that is associates plans HSA and FSA, and we have Coverage amount from source and we have YTD from the source system. when we load conversion data through HDL does it call the HSA Rate periodization FF or not
