Free Tier to Pay As You Go upgrade stuck "in progress" for 7 days
Hello,
I requested an upgrade from Free Tier to Pay As You Go on Monday, July 6th (morning). Seven days later the console still shows "Your upgrade is in progress. You will receive an email confirmation when your upgrade is completed," and no confirmation email has arrived.
Payment verification was successful: the card verification charge was authorized and then reversed/refunded, which confirms my payment method is valid and active. Despite this, the account has stayed in the "in progress" state with no further updates, well beyond the usual 24-48 hour window.
Since I'm still on Free Tier, I can't open a Service Request — the support account creation just loops and never submits. So I'm posting here as advised for account/billing issues.
