How to Handle large volume of Data in OIC for Miscellaneous Receipt Creation Using SOAP Webservice

Dear Team,

We have a requirement to create AR Miscellaneous Receipts (customer shares the csv file), since there is no REST or FBDI is available, we are going head with SOAP Service.

1. Webservice fscmService/MiscellaneousReceiptService and method createMiscellaneousReceipt - doesn't have capability to do bulk creation, so how to handle large volume of data.

2. Our customer required either full go or no go, so after performing the validations, Receipts will be created. How to handle the errors failed due to some network issue or SOAP fault.

Ex: Suppose there are 5000 records in a file miscellaneous records got created for 3000 records, and for some records due to SOAP faults Receipt creation got failed. Using retry mechanism records will be processed, how to handle the records failed during retry mechanism?
