Best Approach to Extract US Tax Balances from Oracle EBS for Mid-Year Payroll Balance Conversion

Hi All,

We are planning a mid-year US Payroll balance conversion from Oracle EBS Payroll to Oracle Cloud Payroll and are currently evaluating the best approach to extract employee tax balances from EBS.

In Oracle Cloud Payroll, we have reports such as the 'Employee Active Balance Report', which can be used to review employee-level tax balance values. We are trying to understand whether Oracle EBS provides a similar standard report or extract that can be used as the source for mid-year tax balance conversion.

Specifically, we would appreciate guidance on the following:

  • Is there a standard Oracle EBS Payroll report similar to the Oracle Cloud 'Employee Active Balance Report'?
