Onboarding Integration with Hireright (Canada/US)

Hi all
We are in the process of implementing our Onboarding module for version 7.5. We are considering switching over to Hireright as the background check provider, due to their integration capabilities with Taleo. I was wondering if anyone has recently gone through a similar role-out and has any tips or suggestions to watch for as we proceed? Also wondering if anyone has recently decided to go with another provider, and the reasons for their decision?
We are rolling it out in Canada and the US, in French and English. Our approximate recruiting volume is between 400 and 500 per year.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
