Alert Composer - User is receiving Goal update Notifications with incorrect sender information

Summary:

There is no separate template for HR and manager for various goal actions on the Alert Composer for Performance Goal Alerts. For example- the employee receives the below notification when a HR or Manager updates the progress notes of a goal.

At the end of the mail is the Thank you and sender details - ${AlertUtils.person(HRName).DisplayName}

This picks up the HR user who created the goal even if it is the manager who updated the progress of the goal.

The user gets incorrect information as to who updated the goal.

Either this should be 2 separate templates for HR and Manager or there should be a condition if the update was made by Manager then fetch Manager name and if the update comes from HR then fetch HR name.
