Can we set Talent Profile updates to auto approve when a new joiner fills it for the first time. Currently, approval is required for updates to Talent profile Sections.

At present i am using below approval rule

((transactionApprovalRequest.attribute9 == "CERTIFICATION") OR
(transactionApprovalRequest.attribute9 == "PREV_EMPLOY")))) AND
((transactionApprovalRequest.attribute2 equalsIgnoreCase "PERSON_APPROVAL_REQD") AND
(Worker's Assignment.result.Legal Employer == "LE_NAME") AND
(Worker's Assignment.result.Business Unit == "BU_NAME")))
