Reporting package not being refreshed properly

Hi All,

We are experiencing an issue while refreshing a Narrative Reporting (NR) reporting package. Upon refresh, not all doclets are updated consistently—only a subset of doclets appears to refresh, and the affected doclets vary each time.

As a result, updates made to report artifacts in the backend are not always reflected in the reporting package, even though the underlying reports have been successfully updated. This is causing discrepancies between the source reports and the reporting package output.

Has anyone else encountered similar behavior? Is this expected system behavior, or could this indicate a product issue? Any insights or recommended troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
