Browser display glitch when completing DFF fields using Auto Complete

in Self Service Procurement

Users in an organisation I support are reporting this strange issue using the Edge browser:

  • They are completing a Smart Form on Redwood Self-Service Procurement / RSSP
  • The Smart Form contains many fields (32)
  • They initially were able to use the form without an issue
  • After submitting a few requisitions using the form, they have attempted to select a record from the Auto Complete list of entries in one of the initial fields - for example "Departure Station":
  • When they do this, because previous requisitions have been submitted, the Saved Info / Auto Complete functionality auto-populates various other DFF fields on the page.
