Learning Catalog – Redwood Page: Bulk Update of Course Visibility (Scope)

Hello @Jamie Rancourt-Oracle , @Anders Northeved-Oracle ,

Since the 26A update, the Learning Catalog page has been upgraded to a Redwood page. While creating or updating course items—including Skillsoft imported courses—through the new Redwood UI, we are trying to perform bulk updates to the Catalog Visibility → Scope attribute found under the Access tab of a course.

However, we are unable to locate any option to perform bulk updates for this attribute:

  • Not available in Course V3 Business Object
  • Not available in Learning REST APIs
  • Not available in HCM Data Loader (HDL) or other bulk tools
