Need help in setting up an alert for long running open process

Summary:

I am trying to setup an alert for any open process running longer than 5 minutes an alert has to be triggered. I tried to setup a similar alert as in METRIC THRESHOLDS thread but couldn't find the Metric Threshold option anywhere in OTM. Kindly help
