When accessing Resource Type task via Setup and Maintenance, "Key Not Found" error is encountered

Summary:

We have enabled Redwood Fusion UI for Field Service configurations including Resource Type.

When accessing Resource Type task via Setup and Maintenance in Fusion UI, an error "Key Not Found" is encountered. 

The user has Field Service Administrator and Field Service Application Administrator roles.

Any idea why this is happening?
