Unable to End date the costing information at Element Eligibility Level

Hi All,

When we attempt to end-date the Element Eligibility through HDL, the system reports that costing is enabled at the Element Eligibility level, so we are using the CostInfoV3 object to end-date the costing. However, during the HDL load, System appears to treat the record as a new costing record rather than updating the existing one. As a result, the load fails with the following error: A valid costing flexfield structure must be attached to the legislative data group {LDG} before creating the costing data. We are able to end-date the same Element Eligibility Costing successfully through the UI, so the
