Recipients section standard configuration in alerts composer

Hello experts,

Based on the standard configuration, the notification displays the home email address. However, during our testing, the notification was delivered to the work email address instead. Could you please clarify why the notification is being redirected to the work email despite the standard configuration indicating the home email should be used?
