Need to turn on alert so HM gets notified when requisition gets posted or unposted for specific dept

Hello Everyone,

We have a requirement where we need to turn on an alert that notifies the hiring team when a requisition is posted or unposted for a specific department requisition.

Though we have the oracle seeded alerts for internal ( IRC_Requisition_Posted_Internal )and external ( IRC_Requisition_Posted_External) but is there a way we can customize these alerts so that the alert gets triggered to that specific department only. Or any other way we can achieve this.
